Dr. Pawan Bista is an AHPRA registered general dentist with over 20 years of clinical experience, known for his research background and patient first approach to care.
Dr. Bista completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2005, then pursued a PhD in Neuroscience in Germany, with research focused on the origin and management of dental pain, published in peer reviewed journals. He has undertaken further training and research in the United States and Australia, covering dental anxiety, pain neuroscience, and neurophysiological responses to dental treatment.
He holds a Graduate Diploma in Dental Implants and has completed advanced training in digitally guided All on 4 and All on X implant systems under Professor Neil Meredith. Dr. Bista combines this academic background with a warm, patient first approach that puts people at ease from the first visit.
He also speaks English, Nepali, Hindi and German, offering full consultations in any of these languages for patients who prefer it.
